WET Films Inspired by the mentoring system that supported the work of Steven Spielberg, Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorcese, Brian DePalma, George Lucas and Robert DeNiro, WET will select 2-3 screenplays from any genre, written by women, provide development support and match each script and writer with a team of women "mentors" - established film directors, producers, and actors to provide feedback, support and help shepherd the script and writer towards production opportunities. WET will work with each writer to develop the screenplay, providing notes, work sessions, casting, readings (public and private) & move scripts from development to production.
