Charles has been the apprentice coordinator for the Wiliamstown Theatre Festival, the light and sound technician for the Pell Chaffee Performing Arts Center inaugural season, including the Brown University / Trinity Rep Consortium performances, and the technical theatre manager at the USC School of Theatre. He has been an intern at the Williamstown Theatre Festival and the Trinity Repertory Company. Currently, Charles is pursuing his MFA in production management at the California Institute of the Arts.
